Hi

I am fairly new to Domino Administration and there are a lot of locally created databases on our server that are (I'm pretty sure) are no longer accessed.
Is there any clear way of monitoring this for a couple of weeks?
this is so I can make a decision on which to delete.

many thanks
Stuart

Hello Stuart

In the log.nsf file, there is a view which has database usage. There might also be a view of when accessed. Yet if you have a task like fixup which runs automatically, it would show that the dB has been accessed. My advice is to check that out for a few weeks, yet write the dB's to media in case a user screams blue murder!!

I hope this gives you a starting point.

Ciao
Jason
