Hello:
I just inherited the job of phone system admin, and I don't have the foggiest idea of what I'm doing. They think that just because I'm the company IT guy that I can figure this stuff out - boy are they wrong...
Anyway, when dialing our number a caller hears the standard "if you know your party's extension dial it now" message, and then it goes into a list of options. Press 1 for this - press 2 for that. When someone presses 1, it puts them through to an extension that isn't used anymore, so we need to change it to point to a different extension.
Is this possible without redoing the entire greeting message/menu thing?
I appreciate your help!
