How to modify a Menu during execution

Is it possible to modify a Menu during execution of an application?
For example, if I wish to remove or add an entry to the Menu during execution of an application, can this be done and how?

Check out how to use DEFINE POPUP, DEFINE PAD and DEFINE BAR in the MSDN.

You could make your own menu PRG in which you set conditions if a bar is to appear or not. As soon as you want it to change, execute the prg.
