my customer has a cluster of 8 MiVB 7.0 and a standalone Nupoint.
on the Nupoint I have 600 VM and 150 call flow VM, we are planning to migrate the Nupoint to a new Micollab server.
I know that there is noway to go with a backup/restore.
is there a way to speed up the proccess other than creating all the VM and call flows one by one? (just for the call flow, it gone take me for ever to duplicate the configuration),. any one has done this before? what are the best practices?
Thanks.

Here are the options I got when I asked Mitel about it

Option 1 No Mailboxes to User Association
Mailbox Passcodes Remain the Same
Greetings Restore
Names Restored
Saved Messages Restores
Call Director Boxes Restored
Record-A-Call Users Restored, Will not Work
Advanced Unified Messaging Users Restored, Will not Work
Standard Unified Messaging Users Restored

Option 2 Mailboxes are Associated to Users
Mailbox Passcodes will Default, NPM will force passcode change
Greetings Restored
Names Restored
Saved Messages Restores
Call Director Boxes Restored
Record-A-Call Users Restored
Advanced Unified Messaging Users Restored
Standard Unified Messaging Users Restored

Option 3 RAC, SMTP, Advanced Mailboxes are Associated to Users
Mailbox Passcodes will Default, NPM will force passcode change
Greetings Restored
Names Restored
Saved Messages Restores
Call Director Boxes Restored
Record-A-Call Users Restored
Advanced Unified Messaging Users Restored
Standard Unified Messaging Users Restored

Thanks Kwb for the info. since some of my users have their mail boxes in French and others in English and since in Micollab, there is no control of the language at the voicemail level( as in the standalone Nupoint) but only at the user level, I have no choice than to go with option2.
can you please elaborate the steps on option?
Thanks.

I have not performed this task, these are the options provided to me by Mitel.

I would need direction from them
