how to migrate transaction server config from one nt40 system to anoth

I've been looking around for info on migrating a transaction server config from one nt40 system to another. I've seen lots of articles that discuss issues when going from transaction server to COM+, but nothing on migration from one nt40 system to antoher one.

Has anyone done this?
Know how the config information is stored?
How to move it?
