How to migrate Outlook's address book to NotesR5 address book? 2

I want to migrate my outlook's address book to my notes address book, already tried using the export option from outlook and export the address book from "csv format" (from "File Menu- - ->AddressBook- - ->Text File(Comma Separated Values), then i tried to import the file to my notes and a pop-up window was prompted (structured text format) and used the form "contacts" and accepted the default for the other fields and then i clicked "Ok" and the process were finished and didn't prompt me for any errors, but when i checked my address book nothing happens it's still empty.
I don't know if im doing the right thing or there's an other option to do this.
