I have a Windows 2000 member server that holds all my users folders. I am redirecting the My Documents folder to the users home folders. I now need to migrate the user folders and change the redirect target of the My Document folders to a new Windows 2003 server. What is the best way in which I can do this? I am looking for a step by step approach please. Thanks.

How are you redirecting the My Documents folder? GPO? Script?
How many user folders are we talking about?
Is the new server where the home folder are going to in the same domain?
