Hi

We had stations with Outlook 2000 installed, and all of them connected to the Internet to receive mails, dates requests, etc...
We have installed an Exchange 2000 server to centralise data, so I had to reconfigure Outlook settings to use it.

Here is my problem :
When I want to migrate users from *before* to *after*, Outlook opens with the new mailbox, I open their old personal folder and I transfer all the old data in the new box.
No problems for received elements, sent elements, etc... but I just can't copy the old calendar to the new.

I tried to import to the new calendar all which was in the old one, all dates are OK, but they're 'inactive'... It always says that 'no request has been sent for this occurence', and so on...

For the moment I kept the old calendar (which is valid, but isn't used any more) AND the new one (which is used from now for new dates, but old dates are invalid)

Do you know a mean to merge these two calendars, or to migrate one data to another ??

Thanks for your help
Greg

When you try to move them like you did with sent items and inbox did you change the View to VIEW BY Catagory so that you can just drag and drop it? Worked for me, I did this to about 300 users.

That's OK, I resolved the problem...

In fact, I was able to drag&drop items from old calendar to new ones, but I couldn't select all items at a time : I had to transfer each date one by one.

Finally I launched a research of any item in the old calendar, and in the results window I could select all then drag&drop in the new one.

Thanks for your help
Greg
