I have 8 console (6 x 5550 IP + 2 x superconsole 2000) on 4 PBX (1 x SX-2000 lw34 and 3 x 3300ICP v8 , all clustered toghether with 4 other 3300ICP v8 ). I'm beeing asked to migrate all calls received from those console to an ACD path.
This is where it get complicated for me: How do I keep an access to the mitel directory (accessible via the superconsole software) for attendants now in an ACD path using a standard IP phone. Is there a software, beside SuperConsole, that can access the whole mitel directory ?
