How to merge 1 person's data on one row

Our company's moving to ReportSmith 4.0 - SQL version and I'm having challenges getting all of each employee's data to appear on 1 row.

A previous post, thread131-956666 from Nov 2004, refers to this but the "fix" was too large for a thread post. Is it possible to still get that?

Also, any beginner tip sources for this version would be welcomed !
