How to measure uptime ?

Hi!
I have several NT servers, and from time to time, they goes down.
Do you know how to measure the down time ?

I downloaded the UPTIME utility from Microsoft, who prints me a report.
The other way is to dump and filter the Event Log Start events (6005) with the DUMPEL.EXE from Resource Kit, and after process it with an other tool, but i dont have it now.

What way are you using ?
