Line 4 on my MICS is not working. Once I bridge the 66 block with CO line the line sounds busy with butt set and line 4 in the system does not have dial tone. I want to disable line 4 on the MICS so that the following available line "becomes" line 4. Is there a way to mark a line as Out Of Service (OOS)?
