We have been receiving TechNet CDs for about 2 years now, but we have yet to really organize the plethora of CDs and DVDs. We need to organize our CDs.

Using the tools on the TechNet site, we see how we can search for a particular product number and determine which CD it's on... but we think we may have many, many outdated CDs...

Is there a way on TechNet to simply see a list of all the *current* CDs that we should have in our library?

We called Microsoft, got a rookie on the phone, who came back and said it doesn't exist. I find it hard to believe that a mechanism as sophisticated as TechNet subscriptions doesn't provide us with a better way to manage our CDs...

Am I missing something? How can we clean up our CD library?

I don't know either but would be interested to if someone does, our TechNet CD's are spread over about 6 shelves :p

CathodeRay,

Have you tried emailing Microsoft? You might get someone with more knowledge than a "rookie" who might be able to point you in the right direction.
