How to manage Bullet numbering in Word

HI,

I want to insert a file under my bullet numbering and also want to continue the bullet number. following is the expample

Templet Document:

Master.doc
----
Following Goods will be supplied.
1. C.P.U.
2. 17" Monitor
<< I am going to insert file name Other.doc >>
3. xyz
4. pqr

my Other.Doc file is
1. 101 KeyBoard
2. CD Drive
3. lmn.....

I want the output in file Final.doc like follow
1. C.P.U.
2. 17&quot; Monitor
3. 101 KeyBoard
4. CD Drive
5. lmn.....
6. xyz
7. pqr

Help me out as soon as possible
