How to make WIndows Media Player the default

I would like to use Windows Media Player rather then RealOne Player all the time. How do I set it as the default so when I go to a site and want to see that video it'll automatically open WMP not RealOne. Thank you!

While in WMP Go to Tools/ Options/ File Types and make WMP the Default Player.

That didn't help.
When you go to cspan.org for instance and click on a clip it'll automatically open RealOnePlayer. How do I make them open in WMP?

Maybe Real Player is set to be your default player or regain file associations somehow.
