How to make VPN Client Launch Web Browser with Appropriate Server

I'm using Cisco System VPN 4.0.5 (Rel), and have a VPN account setup which can be double clicked or the connect button pressed for it to connect. Is there anyway to add a script or something so it automatically opens up a web browser with a specified web address or web server?

(For example, upon connection, firefox is opened up with )
