How to make video cable?

I need to make several video cables. It is a RGB video with audio that I require I am running this from the CPU to a medialink switcher. Pinouts and specs would also help alot as well as what is required.

It looks like standard stuff BNC, RCA, HD15 So for a standard PC it looks like you need a M-M HD15 for video and a M-M 1/8" stereo cable for audio.

Extron has wonderful 24/7/365 tech support. Their stuff is expensive but worth every penny.
 
the trick to making your own cables is to test them for full bandwidth afterwards.
