How to make the Runtime Parameter form non resizeable

Is there anyway to make the runtime parameter form of oracle reports as non resizeable. Also I would like to know how to change the no of rows listed in the combobox when we click the combobox in the runtime parameter form. Generally it lists 10 rows. Can we change this ?

I am working on solaris 2.5 and CDE is 1.0.2
