how to make the layout change automatically

Hi, I have a couple questions here.

1) I am creating a 12 months calendar in 12 pieces paper. I'd like to change the layout of the first month and want the layout of the rest of the months changed automacially to the same without affecting the content information of the following month. Is there a way to do it.

2) I'm goint to staple in the middle of the papers so that I can filp open the calendar. How to make Publisher continous print the pages with proper orientation?

I'm using Publisher 2002.
