This is my first posting - here goes! We are setting up a VOIP network. As devices are plugged into the network, they get their configurations from the Cisco TFTP server, which is running as an application on a logged-in Win2k server. Is there a way make TFTP run as a service? Thanks.

Hello,

I use the "FireDaemon" tool to make MRTG run as a service. It seems to do its job very well, so I don't see why it wouldn't work in your situation.

Here's the link to the site. It's a freeware program so it's worth a look, at least.

Hope that helps.
