How to make text go down but turned sideways?

Hmmmmm
Thanks to all, yet again.
I have beenw orking on a cd jacket and I am at my very last step thanks to all of you!

I need to put text on the binding...as in....the artist name and cd title. I am working with the companys template and it requires I input the text not only going down, but sideways..."much like a book binding"

and way to do so?
I have searched the forums and tried myself for quite some time. Thank you very very much!

...if i understabd your question correctly you can simply use the the rotate tool, select the text area or text line, double click the rotate tool and rotate either 90 degrees or minus 90 degrees...
