How to make sure Seagate or Ouantum disc is external disc

Dear ALl,

I was asked to order disc,I can only find
description such as:

ST318405LW 18.3 G ELS&W $374.00 etc,

but I can't find infomation about that this is
raw disc or with a box to contain it ,so it can
link to a SUN box outside,

how to make sure that the disc have a box, not
only a naked disc, or I should told Seagate I need
box when I order ?

That would be for the disk itself. You should contact Seagate to see if they can supply a disk in an external cabinet, but you probably have to go to a reseller to get a complete external kit.
