how to make only selected fields in a record appear in report like checked check boxes and only non blank text boxes to appear in a report from a single record.

In the OnFormat event procedure you may play with the Visible property.

Alternatively scripting which read:

if isnull(me.myfield) or me.myfield = "" then
me.myfield.visible = false
endif

i dont want to make it invisible. i only want selected meaning checked items like checkboxes and textboxes (that are not null) to appear in the access report. i dont like invisible propery.

i tryed the visible property it doesnt help.
