How to make scroll bar to move table immediately

In VFP7 or in previous versions if I slide the mover on a grid's vertical scroll bar, the table doesn't move until the mover is left in a new position. I'd like it to move all at once.
I express myself very inaccurate, but hope, you will understand me. This feature was called Live Scrolling by Microsoft, if I'm not wrong.

Is there a way? What about in VFP9

Tom,

It's not just in VFP 7.0. It behaves the same in all versions, including 9.0.

As far as I know, there's no way of fixing it. I wish there was. If anyone knows a solution, I'd be glad to hear about it.

Hi Mike,

Thank you for your quick answer. I remember some older Microsoft Word, where similar problem had occurred when scrolling the document. Later it was fixed by writing new values into the registry.

Let's hope someone will find out something for VFP too.
