How to make report separate into individual files?

I have a database of employees listed by their manager name, then employee name, and their next review date.

I want to send each manager a report of only their employees with their review dates.

Is there a way to get Access (or another MS program) to separate the report files by manager name?

Currently I'm doing this by usuing a pivot table in excel and selecting a manager's name from the dropdown menu and saving each file individually. Thanks for any help!

Have a look at the Where argument of OpenReport. You can loop through a recordset of mangers and use Where to print a limited report.
