How to make queue on trunk

Hi all,
someone know how to queue on trunk ?
like auto callback on station.

i need this for example, when station calling outside the office and and the trunk is busy, i want the station ring when the trunk is idle

any ideas ??

Hi,

On the trunk group form, there is a parameter called as 'Queue length'. The default would be 0. You can set the no. to give you the no.of callbacks required.

Hi,

i cheked this, and when the trunk is idle again i get 3 rings reminding that the trunk is idle.
the problem is when i answer the rings i get silence and the station dont call the number.

anu idea ?
