How to make programs communicate?

Hey, does anybody know how to make 2 VB .NET programs send data back and forth to each other? The data is not big, and the 2 programs are located on the same computer.

Is there any easy and fast way?

Its not as easy as i am sure you had hoped. You could always transer data using temp .XML files placed on the hard drive as an alternative.
