Hi everybody.

I have CR 8.5, and I need to make report like this:

MONTH: FEBRUARY
YEAR: 2003

STORE (horizontal) STORE1 STORE2 ... TOTAL
SALES CHARGE SALES CHARGE SALES CHARGE
VENTA CONTADO 1 1 1 1 2 2
TARJETA 2 1 1 1 3 2
TARJETA EMPRESA 3 1 1 1 4 2
ORDEN DE COMPRA 4 1 1 1 5 2
TARJETA REGALO 5 1 1 1 6 2
__________________________________________________________
TOTALS 15 5 5 5 20 10

STORE: appears horizontal
VENTA CONTADO, TARJETA,...,TARJETA REGALO: are PRODUCTS.

SALES, CHARGE: are two columns, under each STORE.

I did a crosstab, but I got the next:

STORE (horizontal) STORE1 STORE2 ... TOTAL

VENTA CONTADO 1 (SALES)
1 (CHARGE)

TARJETA 2
1

TARJETA EMPRESA 3
1

ORDEN DE COMPRA 4
1

TARJETA REGALO 5
1
__________________________________________________________
TOTALS 15
5

with SALES, CHARGE vertical

Another one: this report don't accept parameters for YEAR an MONTH.

Somebody have any solution... PLEASE!!!!

thanks in advance,

ALEX

Alex,

You may want to think about creating a manual crosstab. It can be time consuming if you have many stores because you are going to create formulas to return sales and charges for each store. Then you would group by products. I am not nearly as good as the others on here, but I hope that helps. If you need anything else feel free to ask.
