How to make items print on kitchen printer ? aloha pos

i ve a standalone pos .. and 1 printer ... i want 2 receipt to be printed ... one for the guest .. the other for the one in the kitchen ... both from the same printer .. how can i do it ?

what software version are you using? and what kind of terminal. Normally there is a setting where you can have two copies printed.

i m using aloha 6.2.19 .... the printer is posiflex and in another store is radiant ... the pos is radiant

I would put the Guest Check printer into the printer group that is used for all kitchen items. That would produce the guest check for the FOH and the kitchen chit for the BOH.

will this print the check twice ? or will print kitchen chit and guest check at the same time ?

It will print the kitchen chit and the guest receipt from the same printer. I have this setup currently at my test site.
