How to make hyperlink target specific page in frames page

Hi all,
I'm having a bit of trouble with frames. I have an index page that has three frames. Banner, Nav, and Main.

How would I go about writing a hyperlink that would open up index.htm but instead of the main page that would normally show up, I would like it to open a different htm file in the main frame.

In Hyperlink Properties at the bottom you should be able to specify where u want your link to open.
