How to make holiday greeting message active in NEC8100

Hi all,

How can I enable a holiday greeting on to NEC8100 pbx.
I have recorded the message with the access codes 716 etc, but when I call the main number I still hear the Auto attendant playing.
How can I activate and dis-activated the Holiday greeting without the standard auto attendant getting deleted.

If this is an inmail vm then you could switch to the override greeting assuming it has been set up for use. Press the VM button from an administrator's phone, dial 74 + 6 and follow the prompts. Override greeting remain in force until they are turned off.

I didn't see VM button on the admin phone, so I will need to put on one of the button correct?

Also do you mean dial 746 or is it dial 74 then press 6?

And this can override can be turned of also by dialing 74 + 6?

VM is on a soft key. 74 + 6 follow prompts to turn on or off.
