Hi everyone,

i'm hoping that someone might be able to help me out here, i'm trying to figure out how to divide a cirkle in equal peaces.

i'm trying to make a color wheel kind of like this example:

if you look at the cirkles they exist out of triangles, now i'm trying to figure out how to do this so that i can give every triangle its own collor. verry importand is that there is no overlapping or white space between the triangles.

i'm really hoping someone could point me out on how to do this, i would really appreciate it!

1. draw circle, add a fill color, no stroke

2. draw a line down the middle that overlaps top and bottom edges, no stroke applied

3. with line still selected, choose rotate tool and rotate by degrees that go into 90 degrees (10 degrees will probably do), press command + D to perform the same rotation again until you have enough lines.

3. select all, choose pathfinder palette, select "divide" button

...sorry step 3 needs an amend, when you rotate, click on the copy button in the rotate dialog, then you will be able to use command + D correctly...

...and step 3 at the bottom should have read step 4...

: )
