How to make an index?

Maybe my last post wasn´t clear...

All I need is a hint about making two or three levels indexes in books containing several publications...

If anyone can give me ANY ideas different to "read Adobe PageMaker´s help", thing that I´ve already done, I´d really appreciate it.

Making an index takes time and some planning. You need to read the user guide (Indexing and Table of Contents) and maybe this iluustrated guide will help. (It's the same in PM7 as PM6.5)
