How to make an image file

I have some files that I need to install in a SCO UNIX ver 5.0.7. The installation program can either use the floppy that contains the files or use an image file.
Since the PC I am using does not have a floppy drive and due it its desing I am unable to adapt one, I need to make the file image fromt the files in the floppy.
Can anyone tell me how I can create this "VOL" file?
