How to make (when call a officce number) for all external telephone numbers (that they not answer or not localizable)jump to switchboard?

I think you mean if someone dials an outside number first the call shall visit the switchboard.
Or you want to forward all incoming calls to visit operator. If it is the second one, what type of trunks do you have (analog, PRI)

How to make a trunks?
I want to the same one than PELPI instruction, but to do it for everyone is very laborious.
Is possible to do it?

I got it now.
For example your operator common number is 9.
Try CDCOI:INTDIV=9,PUBDIV=9,PRIDIV=9;
This forwaring is common for the exchange. Unless you give individual diversion or personal number (CDINI or PELPI). This will work for all extensions.
