how to make a ticker?

another one prob is that
i want to make a web ticker for HTML page.

let us say that
there is some site xyz running a web ticker and the values in that tickers are updating after some times.
i want to use the same ticker in my HTML page with the same change in the values after change in that site xyz.

is it possible?
