hi, I'm new to VC++!, though I have been programming on Linux/*BSD and even MSDOS, but I have a problem with VC++.

Now I'm using VC++ command line mode (because I am using free version of VC++ tool kit,
) And I wonder how to make a .lib file. In MSDOS, I remember there was lib.exe or libs.exe or something, but now there's not such a command manipulating a static library file. So will anyone tell me what is the proper command/command option?

Thanks in advance!!
