how to make a ribbon

any help here would be appreciated.

how can i go about making a ribbon for a box...i have the image of the box now i need to make a ribbon with text on it as well as a logo...how would i start this.
and possibly go farther

that sounds like a job for a 3d program more than photoshop, you can get a free one online called blender 3d. that should do the trick. or use your pen tool in photoshop and hand draw out the ribbon using vector curves. but doing text would be hard, and you'd probably have to possition each letter by hand
