how to make a "Last Modified" date field ?

Hi,

I used formula langage "@modified" to get the date of the last modification. But it's not the last date wich appears it's the date before the last...

Is there an other way to have the lase modification date ?

What exactly is the formula you use ?
I ask the question because @Modified is like @Created - it is a formula that retrieves a document property.
There might be a misunderstanding here : a document is modified only when it is saved. You can edit a document all day long, if you never save, no change is taken into account.
Could that be why the formula appears to give "the date before the last" ?

hi,

I use simply the formula "@modified" in a Date field.

and when you edit/save edit/save edit/save there is the
save-1 date in the field.

Yes The Date field is computed for dispay. It's used in a form.

I read that in the Designer Help for "@mofified" they said that "@modified" only works correctly in a view..
