How to make a program with the Windows interface?

Hi. I've been searching around for guide to help me about this.. Anyways. My problem is, im bored of programming MS-DOS-programs, and i need help to make a program with the Windows-interface.

Im using Bloodshed Dev-C++, which contained a example. But i can't understand anything when i look at it. Are there no guide which can help me about this? I mean... Could somebody write one?

There are some classes that will help you to create html interfaces. Among them I think you should look first for CHtmlView, CDHtmlDialog, CMultiPageDHtmlDialog in MFC Library Reference and after that for those CHtml... like classes that do some html stuffs more or less.

Alternatively, there's the Petzold books, Programming Windoze 3.0, 3.1, 95, 98, etc.

All in C using the API with not a hint of C++, a class or MFC thankfully.
