How to make a imageTRAIL follow your mouse???

I m a real newbie ....so if can help me out don tskip any steps needed..
I already tries dome follow cursor tutorials but they haven t given me the exact result i wanted!!!
Everyone knows the mousecursor adjustment in windows
wher as a result you get a trail of arrows covering the pathe your cursor has been , and slowly fading awway the nearer they get !!
well ,that s the exact thing i want , only with a self made image
