How to make a IE 6 - Print Preview Icon?

I can't figure out a way to make one and put it on the toolbar?

Any ideas? Thanks. Dave

How about View > Toolbars > Customize. On the left hand side, select Print Preview. Click Add to send it to the right hand panel and Close. You should have the icon on the toolbar at this time.
