How to make a flash movie link?

I need to make a movie clip link. I've tried linking the instances of the graphic within the movie clip. I get a rollover like it's a button, but it doesn't actually go anywhere when it's clicked.

It would also work for me to just make the whole flash movie a link. But I have no idea how to go about that.

I need to link to another site. I just want the whole movie to link whether I do that in flash or if I can do it to the flash object. Right now I have part of the movie as a button that links and works fine but the other part is a movie clip and I can't get that to link. You can see it at

just take the square tool and make a square over the whole movie..convert that square to a button..set it's alpha level to "0"..now you have and invisible button..actions in your button..

That's not really the way to create an invisible button, Carl!
Yes, you can draw a square or rectangle over the movie clip, with the Rectangle tool (you should disable the outline in that situation), you would then convert it into a symbol with a button's behavior, and then simply transfer this area to the hit state and delete it from the other states.
No need to set alpha to 0 this way, and you get a full fonctioning invisible button!
