I would like to be able to print a document and have a certain date be two weeks from the date shown on the doc. The date shown is the Print date. So any time it is printed it would show todays date and a date later in the body of two weeks from today.

Example
Code:
Date: PrintDate
Dear Mr. So and so

Effective [Two weeks from PrintDate] blah blah blah
...
...

Thank you

TIA

Hi Doug,

To see how to do this and just about everything else you might want to do with dates in Word, check out my Date Calc 'tutorial', at:
or
In particular, look at the item titled 'Calculate a day, date, month and year, using n days delay' and change the 'DATE' strings in the field to 'PRINTDATE'. The field is already coded for a 14-day offset, so all you might need to do is to change the output format to suit your needs. Full instructions in the document.

Cheers
