How to make a database connection in Usercontrol?

Hi:

Do you mean establishing a connection using an Active X user VB control? Joseph Logan

First place a data control on your form. By default this is visible. Then click on a DatabaseName in the properties view. You can either enter the pathname, or browse to find the database that you want to connect to. You will now be connected when you load the form. To view the contents of the database, you need to assign a textbox, label, or other control that can display data to the data control.
