How to login with ACD 1

Hi I created a hunt group 10 with acd yes and queue set to yes.

I have a 4620 phone which I have added aux-work manual-in and vudisplay and after call.

I login with the FAC of *84 + 10 (Hunt number) and it works fine, i then get the auxwork light on. However the manual-in button is alway greyed out. What am i missing? If i dial the manual-in fac + 10 it works fine.

Also if i want stats on the queue is vudisplay the right button to add?
 
IP softphone R6 shows manual-in and auto-in as grayed out.
However, if you dial the codes for manual-in and auto-in, the led will light that is associated with the grayed out button.

vu-display is the correct button type
a couple of others are:
q-calls
q-time

If you have IP Softphone R5, the buttons work normally and are not grayed out.

I believe that was a fix.

Auto-in and ACW buttons are greyed out on my R5 softphone using CM4. Hence we just used them as indicators and programed hard buttons with FAC's. The alternative was to purchase IP agent
