How to log which files/folders users delete/move/create ?

We have a server where share a folder where we keep the documents that everybody needs to work with.

Is it possible in Windows 2000 server to log which user does what in this folder ?
I am specifically interested in moving and deleting (of files and folders)

You want to turn on file auditing.

Be careful and set only the files you really need to see as the log grows pretty big.

try system change log from greyware, it seems to be more helpful than standard auditing, but that is my opinion.
