How to lockout keyboard on timeout without blanking screen?

Is there a way to lockout input devices only under Win2K? I need the equivalent of a ScreenSaver, but one that only locks out the input devices (keyboard and mouse) on lack of input (timeout), leaving the display visible and updating.

Do you know of a way to do this? The solution could be based on using the O/S screensaver or a third-party utility.

HI.

You're a programer - so try to create your own screen saver that does nothing, but is password proteced. And maybe hide the mouse pointer while screen saver is running.
