How to load an agent on a machine without a C: drive

I have been successful in pushing out the latest Accelerator Agent for Win2000 from the backup server to our network machines, except for one.  I believe that the problem is that the target machine does not have a C: drive (it's root is D:).  I can't seem to find a way to get the agent to load on a partition other than C: on a remote system.  Is there a way to either change the default drive letter in the installer, or install the new agent on the machine from disk?  I am using BE 8.0
 
On the remote machine run a dos command prompt, then use subst to substitute c: for d:<br><br>EX: SUBST C: D:
