How to load a flash movie into the blackground of another flash movie

Hello, I need a bit of help on loading on flash movie into the background of my main flash movie. I basically want it to sit behind my main movie and constantly loop. Just an animated background really.

I am new to flash though and finding this task pretty hard. Currently I have both movies created, just need help putting them together.

Any special reason why the 2 movies are not one?

There is no reason it isn't 1 movie. I just found when it was 1 movie, the one I wanted in the background would always sit overtop of the one I wanted always viewable. Even if I used the send to back it didn't help.

Are you switching often from one to the other?
Have you thought of movie clips and playing with layer order and/or visibility of each movie clip?
